We’re conveniently located in Penn Plaza downtown Petoskey. We share an office with our sister company Beacon Wellness and Psychiatry. Enter through the Beacon entrance and ask the front desk for Revive.

To keep your experience tailored to you, we’re currently only open for infusions on Fridays or by special appointment. We hope to expand these hours as we continue to grow.
